Dr. Welch-Devine is an active member of the CICR and ICON community, having been directly engaged in the founding of the both the center and PhD program. Dr. Welch-Devine serves as the Director of Interdisciplinary Graduate Programs at the UGA Graduate School and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology.
