Our annual affiliate meeting takes place at the end of this month (details below), and at this year’s gathering we want to take time for community celebrations. You can use this form to RSVP and share information about anything you have achieved this year that you would like to be recognized for at the affiliate meeting. This may include professional achievements like certificates, degrees, awards, scholarships, fellowships, grants, and more; but we also want to celebrate personal milestones like weddings, engagements, babies/children, etc. If you have questions about sending information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
