The University of Georgia’s Integrative Conservation (ICON) PhD program is seeking exceptional students for doctoral research assistantships, to begin mid-August 2026. Applicants are encouraged to contact potential faculty advisors early on to discuss areas of mutual research interest. The ICON program was established in 2011 to confront the challenges of 21st century conservation research and practice by training agile scientists to effectively work and communicate across disciplines and fields of practice.
